GerÃ?Â¤t means "tool", so possibly this means "Lot No. or Machine No." clearly some form of batching info, and Hersteller means "manufacturer" so the meaning of this is obvious. And GrÃ?Â¶Ã??e means "size"

So you have a label with a Manufacturer and Lot No.and size information. I'd be interested if anyone else can add something.
