That's what got my wheels turning. I work for nondestructive inspection company and we do a good bit of x-ray.
The x-ray image of the AR-15 is kind of what I'm thinking on a luger. Close-up and detailed. I'm going to wait for our better radiographer to get back to help with. He would know the best way to shoot the image to try and get what I want. I would love to be able to see the rifling in the barrel at an angle. Help its all digital now, so if you don't like it, just delete and redo until it works.
Postino: I was already thinking about what an x-ray image would look like. I said well Hell lets see what I can find on the interweb. And that's when I found all theses x-rays films.
There are some cool x-ray images out there. Imagine an old wind-up pocket watch from the 1800's or so. I think that would be pretty cool.
