Manufactured in 1915 by DWM for the military. Probably saw service in WWI. Reissued to the state police of Württemberg (Polizei Württemberg) after the war (HWIS pp. 251-2). Probably remained in police service through WWII.

May I know the letter suffix below the serial number on the front of the frame? Also, does or did the gun have a sear and magazine safety?
