The glory years for both Sarco and Numrich Arms are long past. The mountains of surplus parts they had in the 60,70,80s have all but dried up, so repro parts are often what they offer. I used to visit both extensively back in the 70s. They would actually let you in the back where you could sift through dozens, if not thousands of spare parts in bins so that you could pick out exactly what you needed. There was no "grading service" until much later. I picked up a lot of early manufacture M1 Carbine and Garand parts that way, which I used to restore arsenal rebuilt guns back to their WW2 configurations.
