This usually has to do with the trigger, lever, sear interface. Have you removed the sear and completely cleaned the channel it rests in? Also, is the lever between trigger and sear a fairly snug fit, (not too much distance of travel)?
Does the little plunger on the sear move freely? Does the sideplate lock up snuggly?
