hello,
I bought this box because i wanted to have a place to store my Luger until i was able to add the appropriate holster. I should have asked the dimensions as it seems it may have been for an artillery Luger? Also, at first I thought it was a lacquer finish on the top, when I received it, it seems its been drawn on the topside.. not sure, but it appears post-war.. needless to say it would have cost more to ship it back to Netherlands
& so i decided to keep it as a novelty item. Has anyone seen one of these boxes?
