Recently bought a repro Luger tanker shoulder holster from IMA. Would it have bankrupted the Wehrmacht to have spent a few extra pfennings for a loading/takedown tool pouch on their shoulder holster?

Since the German Army NEVER made such a thing I believe you can go ahead and blame IMA.
