Agreed. It is called retro-fitting, "cherry picking", or confirmation bias. It is difficult to imagine, given the name of the subject, how this could be overcome. Sorry, but graphology is quite squishy--as is polygraphy--because of the need for an operator to make interpretations. From http://www.skepdic.com/graphol.html
