Depends on who you get to do it..Last gun I had done was done by Charles Danner..rust blue was around $500 and took 30 days or so. I think he has a website?

There are many other guys..Cost and time vary depending on what you have to have done of course. Danner was inexpensive and quick. Two things I value and the rust blue was a good job. I don't generally recommend just anyone as it can backfire but I recommend him.

I sent the pistol completely broken down and it came back in one piece.
