Kal, I've also seen 2 types of SA marked Finnish Army mag loading tools. Some are the standard German made ones, either from their contract of 1923 or wartime captured items, which the Finns usually stamped "SA" when they become army property. I've recently observed some thinner, more "squarish" SA marked tools offer by Sarco of questionable origin. The Lathi loading tools, were of a completly different desigh, that completely enclosed the mag and had a screw driver tip. TH
