"Hans", I've seen quite a few 1918 PO8 receivers without the final test firing proofs, but most have at least the rear most inspection mark and usually 2 additional crowns without the letters below, for later proofing. These were generally left over parts at the end of WW1, that had not been assembled into complete pistols. I suspect that your unmarked one, was assembled post WW1 as a commerical pistol. Any c/N markings on the LEFT side or under the barrel? TH
