I suppose that anything is possible, but $2k seems pretty optimistic to me. Maybe absolute top retail dollar to someone with more dollars than sense...
Assuming that everything, and I mean everything, matches, I'm seeing an above average WW1 gun that should be in the $1500-$1650 range.
But, as with everything, it is worth EXACTLY what someone (with money) is willing to pay for it. No more, no less.
I'd like to see more photos, as I MAY be seeing past pitting on the top of the toggle. Close-ups of the front number AND the mag. will help too.
