There are exceptions, but gun is not a good investment in general, having inflation risk (long term value 'increase' may not catch inflation), maturity risk (dead money cannot be used waiting a certain date, e.g. kid's college time), and liquidity risk (hard to come does not mean easy to sell). So it's a hobby. Don't trade unless you love the Remington. Just an opinion.
