That stamping beside the numbers on the side plate appears to be an Erfurt stamping suggesting that is originally an Erfurt-made part. I'm a bit confused by that and the matching numbers too. And the 4 serial numbers on the left side of the barrel extension seem a bit smaller than usual too. No white paint in the safety lettering.
But we need to keep in mind that once the police got ahold of them there were parts replaced, bluing re-blued, grips replaced, mags. and numbers re-stamped. These guns rarely match in the way that we are used to.
You asked about value, and I'd put it around $800, but the police Luger guys may tell me I'm all wet.
