No trouble for me. You need to be grandfathered to obtain any short barreled handgun. Our laws class anything with a 4" barrel (or shorter) as being Prohibited. This leads to a lot of nice Lugers being re-barreled with something a 1/4" longer.. a damn shame really.

Rylan, One of the pics reveals the toggle axle's retaining pin is blued, not in the white. This is usually a sign of the toggle's being refinished--rust blued without dis-assembly, whereby the pin is blued along with the joined toggles. We should soon hear from someone more knowledgeable about this...not sure what it means in this case.

Ah, yes I see what you mean. It does look that way in the picture, I just had a look at it and it doesn't appear to be 'white', but it doesn't really look like the pin has any bluing on it. I could be wrong though.
