Hi Lynn, Thanks for the photos, they confirm my suspicion that the receiver is from a 1908 or 1916/17 dated Navy. In addition to the Naval inspection marks on the left receiver, the hole for the rear toggle axle is recessed for the distinctive large flanged Navy axle (see photo). It's too bad it's been messed with, Imperial Navy components are rare.
