Doug,
They don't have to warehouse them in NY State to be able to have them catalogued or sell them via internet or mail... they could have them drop shipped from their supplier. Their ad also states:
Can not be shipped to DC, HI, NJ, MA, CT (NY, MD, CA Restrictions apply)
