If you chose to shoot it, then you want to use ONLY std. pressure ammo like Winchester 115gr FMJ that comes in a white box(Walmart). Also, PMC 115gr FMJ works very well for me. NO +P, +P+, or NATO ammo for it is loaded too hot for these guns.
