I have no idea about the P7's value. I've heard that any functioning artie shooter is worth at least $1,000. I paid a little more for mine at an RIAC auction, and it's all matching but has the stock lug ground off. If the stock board is collectible, maybe even numbered to the gun's frame, that would be a plus, but value is limited by the mismatch.
The shiny small parts you're seeing may look that way in pics because they were heat treated at the factory to a "straw" color, which helps to prevent rust. But they still could be buffed shiny by holster wear--good pics help.
