The "side loader" is a M78 Swiss Vetterli.
I don't think it is any kind of Mauser. They also came in carbine form.
It is .41 Rimfire. 11--something mm.

The Italians also had a Vetterli which was somewhat similar.

They are very common and not expensive. Few hundred bucks.

Remington Rolling blocks were used by a great many countries in a great many calibers and variatios.

Denmark and Sweden used them as well as a Myriad of South and Central American Countries.
