Have a 1915 DWM, sn 5622c, unit marked 1.M.G.21. A. which signifies (my best estimate) 1.Machinengewehr-Kompagnie, 21 Armeekorps. See page 267 Central Powers Pistols.

Also have another 1915 DWM, sn 3220c, unit marked 1.M.G.21. A. (lined out) which signifies (my best estimate) 1.Machinengewehr-Kompagnie, 21 Armeekorps.
This unit mark is replaced with JR.60.MGK. Infanterie Regiment 60 Machinengewehr-Kompagnie.

For my data base, what is the serial number of your Luger?
