I don't know much about it but it might be a Swiss extractor? If it were for a Mauser Interarms Luger would it have Geladen on it?

The top extractor appears to be a Mauser. DWM made the pin hook very dainty and I am sure it became a faulty design beefed up by Mauser and further so in the Swiss example below.
