David..actually the photo is poor enough to leave some guestions for sure. Could be either an Artillery or Police but I suspect Police as it seems to have a magazine pouch not a rod sleeve ? Hard to really tell though and I can't see any sign of a stud..

Might as well go onto something else..this Pistol was killed by Bubba...
