It's hard to judge finish in your pictures, but my guess is it could be 90% and original. Counting the chip, if all matching, $1300-$1400 for the Luger is probably reasonable. If it is collectable and all matching, I wouldn't shoot it, but that's just me. History and value drops 40% if you break a numbered part.

The holster is probably quite valuable. Await the holster experts... There were very few Lugers made in that year. The "K" date Lugers are rather rare, as are the holsters, especially in good condition. Don't keep your Luger stored inside the holster.

"42" was the military concealment code for Mauser in the year your pistol was made. "S/42" was used in earlier years. Later "byf" was used.
