Your holster is a WW1 luger holster (obviously, given the 1915 date) that was dyed black on the front (common for WW1 holsters--perhaps half are like that). It was then modified by adding the cleaning rod flap during the Weimar period and reissued to someone in a M.W. unit (MinenWerfer=mortar and the slash mark is typical of Weimar military unit designations).
All luger holsters are rare and valuable in my humble opinion. Yours is of average value but is less common than most WW2 luger holsters. WW2 holsters were made in large quantities but are also more popular among collectors than Weimar and WW1 holsters. Consequently, your holster is about worth what an average 1939-1941 luger holster in average condition is worth, in my opinion.
