The gun is a 1920's commercial and most likely in .30 caliber (7.65mm). The front sight is an aftermarket item, probably a Marbles brand. The rear sight has been filed down and highly modified. The grips are reproduction. They are very good quality Swiss-style grips made in Italy, probably the best feature of the gun. The magzine is a former police issue that has been filed down and renumbered to match the gun...it is also incorrect in that the original magazine for this gun would have had a wooden base.
The gun appears refinished and with the modified sights it has little or no collector interest. The value is approximately $400, give or take a little.
