Brad, welcome to the forum, would need to see your left receiver numbers, but see if last two of the numbers are x'd out and renumbered, It has vopo grips on it...
It started as a mauser, made in 1940 (S42 is the code name for mauser)
Vopo luger is worth $600-$800 depending on where you are, and how much you want it
Repro gear is not really worth much in my opinion
