I am mightily impressed by this engine...

But...Dual camshafts in the block, push rods, individual cylinder heads (no gaskets!), no carburation...

Sort of like a Jaguar V-12...This has to be his own design, rather than a copy of an existing engine...

...Or it's a very old V-12 engine design...
