Kramer
I have known Kramer for years...he is a dealer and not a collector but my dealings with him have been 100% and he always performs as agreed.
He is not into the technical crap that most of us love ....he is a DEALER!
He has had some health problems recently...I can only presume you caught him on a bad day.
