Took about two hours for the whole transaction...That includes the walk-through for the permit...
Imagine...A Philadelphia Police Lieutenant took time out of his busy day to fingerprint, photograph, and background check a Marine so he could purchase a pistol...
Ya gotta love Police like that!!!
