Don't rush into anything yet. Eugene is a member here and everybody knows he takes awhile to return things, but his work is excellent. I'm sure he will see your message here and respond. Three months is actually not all that long for his turaround. Eugene is a straight up guy and has not taken your property. He is always slammed with work and will get to your scope as quickly as he can.
