Default Simson Luger

Hi. I've been offered a 9 mm Simson luger. Serial # 4014. Toggle marked SIMSON & CO SUHL. All visible numbers match. Except magazine, which has a different number but the same "eagle over 6" as the rest of the gun. There are a few things that worries me. One thing is that there are no number on the trigger plate. On the inside of the trigger plate there is a marking: "CN+". The "+" is fat like a swiss cross? Question: Is the trigger plate a mismatch? Next question: There are no strawed parts. The trigger, safety and locking bolt has a different and much deeper blueing then the rest of the gun. The finnish of the rest of the gun is more grey. There are no white paint in the letters gesichert, but white and red paint in the dots marking the safetys position. Is this most likely a finnished gun? Otherwise the gun is quite ok. Excellent bore (fully numbered to the gun) somewhat worn but complete grips. Asking price equales 700 U$, but should be negotiable. Any advice appreciated.
