Thank you for your kind words.

You are exactly right. I interpreted question 9 as you say. I called the Atlanta branch office and they said that was exactly right.

Later, I was taking to another person who had their application processed in 3 weeks (!!!) and they said that they answered the question; but, they too had been confused. This guy called the BATF processing center to get clarification and they steered him in the right direction.

So, I think you see why that question seems to me to be very misleading.
