Default Mauser Banner Police: Swedish?

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=289147150

I see this as a very nice, clean 1939 Mauser Banner Police, serial #8352 v. Photo 2 clearly better shows the "v" after a little contrast adjustment. I presume that is a Police Eagle proof on the bottom of the mag.

It is listed as a Swedish Contract, but my trusty Aarron Davis guide leads me to believe that the Swedish Military contract would be 6000 v or before, and the mag would not be numbered or proofed.

Am I correct?
