It took about 3 weeks for me to receive my C&R FFL after I mailed it to them.
The process is not difficult.
You'll receive a good size package with a reference book, CD and information.
Be sure to notify your local sheriff or PD when you receive it.
Keep good, current accurate logs.
There is one danger. They are something like a license to spend money...
