Hi guys I have been helping an older friend evaluate his things . My interest is weimar/police era but I have a good collection of reference material and does not show up. It is allegedly a ww1 vet bring back but I numbers on the left just aft of the side plate and front grip strap are German but I am a novice. Sorry the bad pictures, the lighting was awful.
