I believe the Yugo SKS's muzzle device is classified as a muzzle break in CA and not a thermo-nuclear, bio terrorist, chemical dispercing, deadly flash hider.
Follow Marc's lead and make sure this device is not capable of wiping out an entire civilization in Ca.
