That's just bollocks, is there any thing else you can do? From what postino posted, it sounds like at least one person filed a police report.
Though I doubt Paypal will accept an appeal even with this information but it couldn't hurt. Sorry to hear about that, Ed. Thank you for letting us know though, in case he tries to sell his ill-gotten wares or scam another one of us.
