Thanks, Ed! It's a really neat looking Webley so I thought I had to have it as an early birthday present (I'm going to hold off on firing it until my birthday in April). I think I did figure out what RGA might mean, I think it could be the Royal Garrison Artillery but not a clue who R. Olive was. It's missing the cylinder but I kept thinking of Zulu every time I held it while I was cleaning it this afternoon.
