It's one of the best quality Lugers. During WWI, DWM expanded dramatically, at peak time, they could make 700+ Lugers per day! After the war, they had to shrink, only their best workers could keep their jobs. This Luger was made by those who survived in that era. So it's 1920s... exact year, Luger expert probably knows. I don't know. 1922, 23?
