Hi everyone,

My question is, if a 1939 P08 has Nazi proof marks and no import stamps, does that mean (with a high degree of certainty) that it is a WWII bring back. I understand that most anybody could acquire the tools to make a fake, but outside of that, would those two conditions most likely mean a bring back?
