Got a few more odd items that I'm not sure what they are or what they are for? Also, any help to determine value would be great as well!

First item-

It's a hanger of some type. I think it's for a dagger, but not sure which one? It has ornate decorative oak leaves on one side, and is marked "DRGM" on the clasp. Any ideas?
