Roy, Your holster has not been molested..Condition is a tad marginal..undone stitching holding the top to the hinge..weak looking magazine pouch towards the bottom. Could use some dye and conditioning to dress it up. Has some good positives too..Leather is not cracked, has a good pull-up and closure strap, belt loops look OK. would say Ed's estimate is right on the money. As is $200-225 Restored.. might hit $300. He has a pretty good feel for the holster market.
