Could you explain a bit further??? Maybe what it was you wanted, what they sent, and your guess as to what happened that the mistake was made???
I've always liked Simpsons, and have made an offer on one of their handguns, and gotten a very nice reply (they take offers, BTW)...I would have no hesitation on buying from them...
