The arrows in the top two views indicate the area called the stock lug... Most, but not all Luger models have this feature... some that are supposed to have it don)
The second row views show a stock iron that has been removed from a stock, and what it looks like installed on a stock...
The bottom photo shows a 1906 Navy Stock/Holster attached to the appropriate model Luger...
