Ok. Thanks for the info. I am quite sure that "32" mark is Finnish army stamp and it indicates caliber 7.65mm in inches, but i have not found confirm about it. Finnish army usually mark its property with "SA" stamp which means "Suomen Armeija" (Finnish Army) however this stamp is missing.

S42 1939 luger is probaly reblued (Sorry for bad pics) it just look too new, all the edges are sharp and there is no marks of sanding however. Sideplate is only part that is not blued and its number matches the serial. Could be replaced and stamped after of course.

You have a crazy laws in Colorado but so we have here in Finland too. Stock is still legal here. Strange that US authorities think that gun almost 100 years old is more dangerous with stock attached in it.
