Gary, what you say makes perfect sense, but it didn't occur to me at the time.

Slim, that's a picture of the puppy we gave our son for Christmas when he was 12; he is now 23, and Flash just turned 11. He doesn't look quite that youthful anymore, but he's one of the sweetest dogs in the world. He lives with our son, but I see him every couple of weeks, and never fail to give him a hug.
