Default Re: Luger value

Hello Jeremiah!

Prices can really be up and down, with lows of $250 for a very well used and a bit abused Luger, to $450-600 for a mismatched shooter in nice shape, and then up to anywhere from $600 - 1500 for nice collectables, with rarer models costing more.

The DWM is the maker of your gun, with 1920's many times non-military guns, but that is not a solid rule, just one that I know many Lugers are marked 1920 and were exported to America.

On your left are many links, one that is very helpful is the General Info tab, click on it, print out the forms or write down all the numbers, markings, etc., on your Luger and then we can get a better feel for the rarity, value and history!

Which is the area I love and if the Luger was brought back by your father in law from WW2 or if you know the history on it, I am trying to gather (slowly sorry to say) on the history and pictures of guns that belonged to our fathers, uncles, and other people to eventually write a book.
