It looks like a converted Navy? with some saltwater or other corrosive exposure. The gun has been refinished and the takedown lever appears to have had either work done to it or it is a gunsmith's replacement. Neither the grips or magazine are original to the gun. The grips, if authentic, are worth some money.
The sideplate also makes me nervous. It appears to have a full length raised lug but may be a gunshop special as well.
