I like the shaped/sculpted look...The Wehrmacht (or even Imperial) holsters seem more like big pistol bags rather than holsters...

Like the difference between gloves and mittens...I'm a gloves guy...

* When I was in the military (both Marines and Air Force), we were never issued any individual tools...No rods, no brushes, no swabs even...but when shooting was over, every 10 people got a rod/bore brush/chamber brush/toothbrush/swabs/solvent/oil etc...
